Discover Ancient Delos and its legends. Our private tour will guide you through the Agora, the Sacred way and the Temple of Apollo. You will anso admire the 2.500 years old Mosaic floors and the Avenue of the Lions before returning to Mykonos and the Mykonian Spiti for the unique experience of the cooking class which will provide the rest of the day an experience you will always remember.

Our escort will pick you up at approx. 09:15 a.m from your hotel and transfer you to the old port of Mykonos where you will meet your tour guide and sail to Delos island for a visit of the most important ancient civilization archaeological site of the Eastern Mediterranean.

Once on the island your tour guide take you through the entire ancient city with its market places the public squares, the Temple of Apollo, the sanctuary of Artemis the old city & the amphitheater and walk down the celebrated Lion Street. You will also visit the museum of Delos and admire the Archaic, Classical, Hellenistic and Roman Sculptures, a collection of vessels from all the periods as well as small items used in the every day life of the inhabitants. Investigation of ancient stones found on the grounds indicate that Delos has been inhabited since the 3rd millennium BC. At the end of your tour and before you board the small Ferry to return back to Mykonos you can take a break and enjoy a refreshment at the café next to the Museum.

Once back at Mykonos old port you will have 2 hours of free time before your escort picks you up and transfer you to the Mykonian Spiti for your cooking class participation.

Once at the Mykonian Spiti you can sit back, relax and enjoy a Mykonian meze snack like dakos with kopanisti cheese and tomato, louzes(sun dried pork fillets), sausage, wine and Cretan raki. The Course Menu and dinner varies according the season of the year, All attendees of the course, will be supplied with protective equipment (aprons, hats) compliments of the "Mykonian Spiti" farm-estate. Most cooking ingredients will be readily available in special bowls in the kitchen area ready for the menu preparation. Upon course completion, at around 20:30 Hours, the property staff will take care for the table setting. Testing of the main dish before serving will be done by the chief guest. The "junketing" and the consumption of wines, refreshments, drinks are free of charge with no limit on quantity and time duration.Following dinner, a relaxing siesta on the sun beds of the garden area is recommended, accompanied by digestive drinks or coffees. At the end there will be a photo session with guests and staff, guestbook dedications and a small gift basket per two participants, loaded with traditional flavors and drinks.

Finally transportation service will be provided back to your hotel or to a location of your request on the island.

Stuffed tomatoes and peppersIngredients(4 persons):

3 Tomatoes, 1 Zucchini, 3 Peppers, Mint, Olive Oil, 1/2kg Rice,Pepper, Salt, Sugar

How to cook:

We open the tomatoes and the peppers, and we keep
the inside in a bowl.
We grade the zucchini inside the bowl with the tomatoes and the peppers.
We also put salt, pepper, mint, rice, one spoon of sugar and olive oil and we stir them altogether.
Afterwards we boil the mixture for 10 minutes.
We stuff the tomatoes and the peppers, we close them with the “cap” and we cook in the oven for 1 hour, with oil and water in the pan(180 degrees)

Spinach pieIngredients:

1,5kg Fresh Spinach, 1kg Feta Cheese, 6 fylo pastries,
2 Eggs, 100gr. Dill, 100gr. Leek, Fresh Onion, Olive Oil,
Salt, Pepper

How to cook:

We cut the spinach, the leek and the dill in pieces.
In a pot we put some oil, the fresh onion, the dill and the leek together and we fry for at least 10minutes,
Afterwards we add the spinach, salt and pepper and we continue cooking for at least another 10minutes.
Then we leave it to cool.
We spread a baking pan with olive oil and we put one fylo pastry. We spread the fylo pastry with oil and we continue the same way with another two fylo pastries.
At that time, we check the spinach blend to see if it’s cooled enough – if it is, we put it on top of the fylo pastries.
We cut the Feta cheese in pieces and mix it with the eggs, in a bowl and afterwards we put the mixture on top of the spinach blend. Following the same way, we add the last 2 fylo pastries on top.We carve the top of the spinach pie, as if it is cut in pieces, with a knife, spread a little water on top and put it in the oven to bake for 1hour (180 degrees)

Beef with tomato sause and orzoIngredients(4persons):

1kg Beef, Tomato Sauce, Olive Oil, White Wine, Sugar,
Pepper, Salt, Cinnamon, Orzo pasta (1/2 kg. for 4 persons),

How to cook:

In a pot we cook the beef with olive oil, little garlic, salt and pepper, for half an hour,
Afterwards we pour one small glass of wine and we cook for 10 more minutes.
Then, we add the tomato sauce, cinnamon and continue cooking for another half hour.
Once it is done, we put it in a pan, add water (about 1lt) and the orzo and cook it the oven for half an hour.
When you will see that the orzo is ready, it is done.




1 Cucumber, 250 ml yoghurt, garlic, olive oil, salt, vinegar

How to cook:

In a bowl you grade the cucumber. You press the cucumber with your hands to take out all the water and thow it out. You add yoghurt, garlic (as much as you like) little salt, little vinegar and olive oil, you stir it and its done.

1kg peppers(all speeches), 1 sausage, olive oil, salt, pepper, tabasco

How to cook:

In a pot you put olive oil and the peppers after you cut them in slices. You leave it to cook for about 10-15 minutes. Then you add the sausage in pieces, salt, pepper and tabasco. Put as much as you like it depends how spicy you like your food. You leave it for about half hour to cook and it is ready.
